Makeover Your Gym Bag with Essential Oils



Combining essential oils with your workout regimen has many benefits.

Flush toxins out of your system by adding 1-2 drops of Lemon oil to your water throughout the day. To lift your mood and boost immunity, add Wild Orange essential oil.

To encourage a healthy metabolism and manage appetite between meals add Slim and Sassy Metabolic blend to your water or take in capsules with water.
